Be a Bombshell lip crayon in Shameless

This is another lip product review!! Yes I am crazy about lipsticks especially lip crayons! I can never have enough of them!
Today's product is Be a Bombshell lip crayon in the shade shameless..I lost the outer packaging of the product so I'LL just show the crayon directly along with swatches.
I received this is my subscription bag and this costs $16 or rupees 1088.

This is a retractable twist up crayon which is easy to use.the outer part is matte finish with the brand name embossed.here's a swatch on my hand-the color is a beautiful mauvish shade with berry undertones.
It will suit both fair and medium and dark skin tones beautifully.This is the perfect color for everyday use as well.it is almost matte but with a hint of shine to it.looks pretty!

below is a photo of how it looks on my lips-it doesnt feather or bleed.but it isnt transfer proof.this will last for a good 4-5 hours if you dont eat or drink within that time or else it can start fading and leave a light pinkish purplish stain which also looks nice!

Overall,this is a beautiful shade for everyday use and the finish is also beautiful as you can see from my swatch.you get an ample amount of product for the price you pay.you wouldn't regret buying this!

MAC Mineralize moisture spf 15 foundation

Its been a long time since I have written a post.I wanted to but I was going through a tough phase in my life and didn't get the time to do such things on the side.But anyway,here's another review!
Today i will be reviewing the MAC mineralize foundation.I got this from abroad when i asked my dad to bring it for me.it cost me rupees 2500 (after conversion to indian rupees)
Coming to the packaging this is what it looks like-

As you can see the bottle is a dispenser type which makes it really hygienic to use because dipping your fingers and brushes can really spoil the product sometimes.

with this you can dispense exactly the amount of product that you will use.this also reduces product loss.

Coming to the consistency,it is a cream foundation with a dewy finish.this might be a con for oily skin but it is good for normal to dry skin.You can see a swatch i did on my hand below to understand how the coverage and finish is.

The coverage is medium.I would have preferred it to be better than this.But i guess this makes it buildable enough.

Overall I like this foundation but in summers when its humid this can be really annoying as it feels heavy on the skin..so I prefer using this during cold weather.If you like dewy foundations with mediuam coverage this might be a good one to try.but its best for normal to dry skin.

Review of Nyx round lipstick shade Fire (LSS599)

This is another NYX lipstick dedicated post.I am loving nyx lipsticks like crazy now and want to buy them all! (I only wish I had that much money) This is in the shade "fire",though it sounds like it may be some orangish red color but it is actually a beautiful pink with red undertones and looks amazing on my skintone,This is without a doubt my favourite shade out of all the lipsticks I possess.I will wear this everyday if necessary and i still cant have enough of this! I purchased this at a mall for rupees 600 which I think is pricey but i am willing to let it go just because i am in love with the color and the formula.
coming to the packaging this is what it looks like-

This is a swatch on my lips and you can clearly see how pretty the color is actually! It is a very flattering color on all skintones! this is moisturising so i didnt have to use lip balm underneath.the pigmentation is insane!! with just one swipe you get the color! but sadly this isnt transfer free because it is semi matte finish.This can easily come off with a tissue but if you want to remove any stain it leaves behind then use a makeup remover!

Overall i love the lipstick mostly because of the color but also because it has good pigmentation and moisturising properties! I would suggest you to try out this color if you still havent found a good shade for yourself! you'll surely fall in love with this one!

Review of NYX Butter lipstick Sweet Tart (BLS02)

I think it is evident that I am clearly a die-hard lipstick lover and i keep purchasing lipsticks everytime I am at the mall,and coming up with reviews for each and everyone of them!
This is my most recent purchase from the mall- a NYX butter lipstick..although I honestly wanted to take them all but couldn't afford so many at once so I ended up deciding to pick this shade.This is in the shade "sweet tart" which is a gorgeous deep pink color with a good shine.the formula is intensely moisturising as well.I bought this for rupees 600 which i think is kind of expensive but maybe its because it has been imported from U.S or something? well,moving on to the review..
The packaging looks like this-

This is how it looks on my lips.the actual color it comes out to be..It has extremely good pigmentation with just one swipe. i feel that it will suit both warm toned and cool toned skin equally well and it is a gorgeous shade of pink too!

It does transfer easily enough while eating so that's a bit sad! apart from all that it is a pretty good color with a moisturising formula which can be easily worn even if you have chapped lips.I tend to have dry lips all the time and i never need a lip balm under this lipstick! overall,i think its a good deal!

The "butter lipsticks" range has many pretty colors and I will definitely buy some more shades in the future!As of now I am n love with this one!

review of Wet and Wild Stoplight Red lipstick (E911D)

This is a fabulous red lipstick i came across while online shopping for red lipsticks.I have a craze for true red or sometimes vampire red lipsticks and i buy anything like that i see anywhere!! It is a bold color and hard to pull off for most people but i feel it compliments my skin tone and lips..everyone does say my lips look irresistible in red but then it is an attention seeking color and it sometimes invites a lot of staring too but i can deal with that! I  have many other red lipsticks which i shall be reviewing later but for now wet and wild deserves the first red lipstick review!
Coming to the product,this is in the shade stoplight red (E911D). It is the typical twist and turn packaging which looks like this

In the picture i still haven't opened the packaging because i wanted to show how exactly it looks when you buy it.the formula is slightly moisturising but it is better to apply a lip balm before applying this in case of chapped lips.it gives a matte effect.it doesn't feel heavy on the lips at all! oh! I forgot to mention that I purchased this from luxola.com since getting this lipstick in India is too hard! It costs about rupees 470.50. I would say it is a bit pricey since it is being imported but well,getting it in india is also next to impossible right?

The color coding at the base will help you recognize the color of the lipstick as well.i have done a lip swatch to show the beautiful color of this lipstick.i will put a picture of myself wearing that lipstick.

But i do feel the need to mention that this feathers after some time and also it leaves a reddish-pinkish stain on the lips as it transfers but the stain you are left with is beautiful too! so another downside is that this isnt transfer free.if you are willing to overlook all this for the fact that you can have a true red lipstick at this reasonable price I thinks this does fine!

Review of Deborah Milano atomic red lipstick 07

Hi everyone! this post is a review of another lipstick i came across recently since i have been using it since then i thought its high time i wrote a review already.This is the Deborah Milano Rossetto shade 07 Aomic red lipstick. Though i should mention this isnt a pure red lipstick,it has more brown undertones which gives it a rusty color.I got it from the fabbag site for rupees 625.It has a very moisturising formula and intense pigmentation with just one swipe.I love it because it sometimes has a metallic shine under bright lights.Although i feel that this color is more likely to look good on fair skin but it will look a lot natural on darker skin.For those who are unaware of the brand here's what it is-

As you can see it has a good shine to it which gives the metallic effect i mentioned before,
This is how it looks on my lips.It looks more brown than red but i feel it a flattering color for my skintone.

Overall i would say it is a good lipstick,great packaging and good pigmentation and moisurising formula which makes it easy even for people with chapped lips to wear this.for the price i think it is worth it.do let me know in the comments below if u have used this or any other product from the brand.hope this review has been useful! :)

Today's review is about this awesome lip balm that I bought while shopping at luxola.com.I tend to have extremely dry and chapped lips all the time so I buy a variety of lip balms to try them out and see which is better at moisturizing my lips for longer duration.I chose this particular brand and variation with peppermint because I like the tingling sensation of peppermint and the ingredients in this lip balm impressed me a lot.also the packaging is cute! this cost me rupees 470.50 (quite expensive for a tiny lip balm to be honest) here's a little info about the company-

Just take a minute to go through the ingredient list..isn't it awesome? it has all the good nourishing oils like macadamia seed oil,olive oil,shea butter,jojoba oil and vitamin E.This is the one thing that impressed me a lot and it did live upto my expectations.This lip balm gives a slight tingling sensation when applied and it doesnt feel heavy on the lips and it moisturizes really well.it gives a slight gloss to the lips which is good too.after a few hours,even if the lip balm is gone my lips still feel soft and moisturized.that is why i love this! This is without a doubt one of the best lip balms i have ever used.
overall,i love it and would definitely repurchase again!
oh! by the way this is a twist and turn packaging like this and the color on the lips is transparent with absolutely no kind of streaks or anything.it looks like this

I am sure anyone would love this lip balm.i dont find any cons except that its a bit pricey.but if that is not an issue i definitely urge you to try this out!

review of sally hansen natural nail growth activator

Now this isn't a nail polish though the packaging looks exactly like one! this is sally hansen natural nail growth activator and it does exactly what it says! some people have issues with their nails growing too slow and this is the solution for that! honestly I dont have that issue,my nails grow at a normal pace and sometimes I feel it grows too fast! I got this in my september issue of fabbag but it costs about rupees 675.i decided to try it out.I used it for one month,on the days I felt like pampering my nails,and I think its about time I wrote the review.
This product comes in this beautiful blue nail polish packaging though the liquid inside is clear as water and is watery as water.there is an applicator brush like most nail polishes.this is what it looks like

The directions to use it have been clearly given-it has to be applied over nails and cuticles and then massaged for 1 minute to stimulate nail growth (not instantly!) over the course of time i noticed that my nails were growing a bit faster than their normal rate so i guess this product does work!

The good thing is that this product will last very long since you require very less quantity of it.and there is no chance of it drying away like a nail polish too! it is worth the cost and works also..though it may take a little time to show up.overall i am happy with the product! it is available on fabbag.com

The lip balm comes in a small tub packaging which is cute though I feel it causes product contamination very easily. I prefer the stick type lip balms more.well,here is what the product looks like-

As you can see Shea butter and beeswax are the main ingredients which is pretty impressive since it assures us of the intensive moisturizing effects! There is a blend of other good essential oils too and lastly the caramel smell and flavour! It strongly smells and tastes like caramel and chocolate lovers will like it..coming to the product,it is a white color solid but goes on clear on the lips after application

I like the fact that it contains all natural ingredients, no petroleum base,no parabens,animal cruelty free,doesn't melt easily,has intense moisturising effects and comes in a travel friendly container too! But it might be a bit on the pricey side since this small tub costs rupees 225.but it will definitely last very long to make up for that! You need less product after all! My lips tend to be chapped all the time so lip balms like these are very essential to me.I have used it continuously for over a week to notice its effects accurately. Applying it overnight tends to moisturize the lips even better! Overall I am happy with the product and its results!
